3rd edition changes to Orange book include:

Thesaurus and editing activities have been added to most of the lessons. The book has also been reorganised for easier use. The second edition Student books can be used with the third edition Parent books and Visa Versa BUT the parent will have to adjust the Parent book throughout the course.

LLATL was first written 25 years ago when the daily use of card catalogs, encyclopedia’s and phone books were the norm. The new 3rd editions have been updated to reflect changes in the world and society around us. Also, because the books were written by two different authors over the span of four or five years, changes have been made to make the books more consistent and even easier to use.
